Meetinghouse Arts Gallery and Stage is located in the First Parish Church building at 40 Main Street in the heart of Freeport. Meetinghouse Arts is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Getting Here

From the South on I-295, take exit 20 (Desert Rd.) and go right at the top of the ramp. The road will curve to the left, becoming Lower Main St. and will bring you into downtown Freeport on Main Street. Meetinghouse Arts will be on your right, about 1.3 miles from the exit.

From the North on I-295, take exit 22 and continue on Mallett Drive to the stop light. Turn right at the light onto Main Street. In about 0.4 miles, Meetinghouse Arts will be on your left.

Parking

Accessible Parking in front of the Meetinghouse Arts (Main St.) is limited, but drop-off in front of the building is also possible. Additionally, there is parking available across the street behind Lobster Cooker. An accessibility ramp* provides entry to the Gallery and Stage from the front of the building on Main Street.

*We do not recommend parking behind the building if handicap access is needed.

To reach the parking lot behind the building:

Coming from the South, as you come over the bridge into downtown Freeport just past the Fire Station, turn right at the light onto West Street. Before the railroad tracks, turn left onto Depot St., then left into the parking behind the church (Meetinghouse Arts Gallery and Stage).

Coming from the North, turn left onto Mill St., then right onto  Depot Street. Look for the back of the church on your right.
