It is the agreement with the Town of Freeport that notice will be given by noon of the date of the performance that the event is cancelled so that appropriate notice may be given to Performer/Group, to the Town of Freeport, and to the public that the event is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions. All best possible efforts will be made to reschedule the performance in the same year, but no guarantees are given that will happen.
