Choro Louco
Choro Louco is a Portland, Maine-based band dedicated to performing Brazilian Choro, a century-old genre featuring complex, syncopated melodies. Formed in 2013, the ensemble features accomplished musicians Carl Dimow, Nicole Rabata, David Newsam, and Eric LaPerna, blending influences from jazz, classical, and European folk.
